Are your hats handmade?
Our hats are not handmade; however, each custom patch hat is engraved and attached by hand before a quality control review.
How quickly do I get my order?
Order processing times can vary depending on the size of the order and whether we have your hat in stock. Generally, we can have your hats shipped within 2 - 4 weeks.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not refund due to design issues. We will consider a refund on manufacturing defects if we overlook it in the quality control proccess.
